## 口径

- **占官方价**是唯一的横向可比单位：`占官方价 = 分组倍率 × 充值汇率 ÷ 6.8`（6.8 是人民币兑美元真实汇率）。可切「倍率」（官方价 = 6.8x，对得上站点下拉框）或「%」（官方价 = 100）显示。
- 官方价基准独立取自厂商定价页（platform.claude.com / platform.openai.com），**不从任何中转站反推**。
- **每家都用登录态逐档核价。** 匿名接口给的分组是残影，会漏掉更便宜的档 —— 曾因此把某站 GPT 榜算错 67%。
- **不同计价类型分开处理**：按量站收分组倍率；订阅优先站收套餐（到账额度按官方等价折算）；预付卡站收卡（占官方价是「跑满才成立的下限」，标 ≥）。
- **比官方贵的档也照收**（>100% 不砍）。买不到官方的人（无卡、无外币、被墙、要发票、要国内结算）中转是唯一入口。只标数字，让落差自己说话。
- 数据是手写快照，每家标注抓取日；价格会漂移，以站点当前实价为准。

## 边界（不做什么）

- **只做价格。** 号池真假、稳定性、可用率、是否跑路、逆向渠道好坏 —— 一律不测、不评。要测就得买来跑，那是在测货好不好，不是我们做的事。
- **分组 / 号池的名称与描述照抄站点原文，一个字不加。** 「aws 逆向渠道」是站方给自己商品起的名，引用不是评价。号池类型筛选是中立分面，不是质量分级。
- **标价 ≠ 实扣。** 所有倍率都是站点自标，一个实测的都没有。
- 吞吐 / 延迟 / 可用率不收 —— 个别站自报，我们也不转载。

## 一个买家自己拼不出的事实

同一家站，买 Claude 便宜不等于买 GPT 便宜 —— 按厂商排名会翻转。当前落差最大的是 Z-API：Claude 榜第 198/200，GPT 榜第 50/227。买家在任何单站内都只看得到自己那张价目表，跨站这层落差没人能拼出来 —— 这就是本站存在的理由。
